By accessing this website or engaging Stacky ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Stacky is operated by Stacky Enterprise, a business registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under registration no. 202603157802, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These Terms form the agreement between you and Stacky Enterprise.

We provide web development services including website design and development, custom Next.js sites, maintenance, hosting and custom web solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are agreed in a separate quote or proposal.

Quotes are valid for the period stated. Projects typically require a deposit to commence, with the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and exclude third-party costs such as domains, premium plugins or stock assets unless stated.

For hosting and care plans, invoices are due on the billing date. If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days after reminders, we may suspend hosting and take the website offline until the balance is settled. Ownership of code already paid for is not affected.

You agree to provide timely content, feedback, approvals and access required to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may affect the agreed timeline.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work that falls outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. We will always confirm additional costs with you before proceeding.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components, open-source libraries and our pre-existing tools, which remain under their respective licences.

Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
