Why we build exclusively with Next.js
Next.js is a modern web framework built on React. Instead of assembling your site from plugins and themes, we write the code ourselves — pages are rendered on the server and delivered to visitors as fast, lightweight HTML. The result is a site that loads quickly even on a mid-range phone over a mobile connection, which is how most Malaysians browse.
We deliberately specialise in one stack. Working with Next.js every day means we know exactly how to squeeze performance out of it, how to structure pages for search engines, and how to avoid the pitfalls that slow other sites down. We have written a longer explanation of why custom Next.js makes sense for Malaysian SMEs.
What we build with Next.js
Next.js is flexible enough to cover almost anything a business needs on the web:
Because we are a new studio, our demo builds are exactly that: demonstration sites we designed ourselves, covering a restaurant, wedding photography, florist e-commerce, auto detailing, logistics and more. They show the standard every client project is built to.
- •Marketing and company websites — from a simple 3-page profile to a full 12-page site with blog and animations
- •E-commerce storefronts — custom shops with product and inventory management, iPay88 or Stripe payments, and customer accounts
- •Custom web applications — booking systems, portals and tools quoted individually and tailored to how your business actually works
- •Dashboards and internal tools — admin panels and reporting screens for your team
Speed, SEO and security — and why they matter for revenue
Speed is not a vanity metric. Studies consistently show that visitors abandon slow pages, and Google uses page experience signals when ranking search results. A faster site means more people stay long enough to enquire, and a better shot at page one for the searches your customers actually type.
Security is simpler too. A custom-coded Next.js site has no plugin ecosystem to patch and a far smaller attack surface than a typical CMS install — fewer moving parts, fewer ways in. That matters when your website is collecting customer enquiries and payment details.
Our standards on every build
Every project we take on, regardless of size, is held to the same set of standards:
- •Custom-coded from scratch — no WordPress, no page builders, no purchased templates
- •A 95+ Lighthouse performance score as the target on every project
- •Schema markup and on-page SEO included from the Business tier up
- •Mobile-first design that works properly on the phones your customers actually use
- •Clean, maintainable code that you own outright
What Next.js development costs in Malaysia
Our pricing is public and in ringgit. Starter sites (1-3 pages) are RM1,500 and take about a week. Our most popular package, Business at RM3,500, covers up to 8 pages with custom design, a blog with on-page SEO, a lead form and WhatsApp integration, delivered in 2-3 weeks. Pro at RM7,500 adds bespoke design, animations and advanced SEO across up to 12 pages. E-commerce builds start from RM12,000.
Every package includes 3 months of free hosting, and there are no hidden fees. Request a free quote and you will have an itemised breakdown within 1 business day.
Is Next.js right for you? An honest answer
Not always — and we would rather tell you now. If you publish articles daily and want to manage every layout tweak yourself inside a familiar admin panel, a conventional CMS might suit you better. If your budget is well under RM1,500, a simple site builder or a well-maintained social media page may be the sensible starting point.
Next.js earns its keep when the website has a job to do: ranking for competitive searches, converting visitors into enquiries or sales, or running as an actual application. If that sounds like your situation, we are confident it is the right foundation — and if it is not, we will say so in the quote.
