One honest note on support: we work Malaysian business hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:30 MYT, and respond within one business day. We do not claim 24/7 support, because setting expectations we can meet matters more than big promises.

How We Host: AWS Serverless
Every site we build and maintain is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) — the same cloud infrastructure trusted by banks and global brands. We run sites serverless on AWS Lambda, which means there is no traditional server sitting somewhere waiting to be patched, hacked or overloaded: the infrastructure scales automatically with your traffic.
Uptime and data safety are the two questions owners actually care about, so here is the plain answer:
- •99.9% uptime target — AWS's redundant infrastructure keeps your site online even when traffic spikes, and our care plans include uptime monitoring so we know about problems before you do
- •Data encrypted in transit and at rest — every site runs on HTTPS/SSL, and content stored on AWS sits in secured, access-controlled data centres
- •Regular backups — your site and content are backed up on schedule, so if anything ever goes wrong we restore rather than rebuild
- •Fast for Malaysian visitors — pages are delivered through a global CDN with edge locations close to Malaysia
Three Care Plans, Priced in Ringgit
Every plan covers hosting, security updates, backups and support. Pay yearly and you get two months free. Need more hands-on help in a busy month? Extra content-update hours are RM100 per hour on any plan — including Essential, which has none built in.

- •Essential — RM50/month or RM500/year. For brochure sites that rarely change: AWS hosting with 10 GB storage, 100k requests and a 1 GB database (250k requests) per month, plus SSL, security updates and backups.
- •Growth — RM150/month or RM1,500/year. For businesses that update content regularly: 25 GB storage, 500k requests and a 5 GB database (1M requests) per month, with edits and small improvements handled for you.
- •Pro — RM350/month or RM3,500/year. For busier sites and e-commerce stores: 50 GB storage, 2M requests and a 10 GB database (5M requests) per month, with more hands-on attention.
Why Maintenance Matters (Without the Scare Tactics)
We will not pretend your website is in constant danger — most are not. But a few things are quietly true. Unpatched software is one of the most common ways sites get compromised, so regular security updates genuinely matter. Speed tends to decay as content grows and dependencies age, and small, regular optimisation keeps a fast site fast. And backups are the difference between a bad afternoon and a lost website — you only ever need them once, but you really need them then.
